1. Eligibility- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.- You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration- You must create an account to place orders.- You are responsible for securing your account credentials.- You must provide accurate and complete information.
3. Orders & Payments- All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.- Payments must be made through approved payment methods.- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless permitted by the restaurant.
4. Delivery Policy- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.- You must be available at the delivery location at the time of delivery.- Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may still be charged.
5. User Responsibilities- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.- Do not interfere with the app or attempt hacking.- Do not post false, misleading, or harmful information.
6. Restaurant & Menu Information- Menus and prices are provided by partners.- We are not responsible for food quality, taste, or freshness.
7. Refund & Cancellation- Refunds processed only for payment errors or unfulfilled orders.- Refunds may take 5–7 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
